Actress Gopika who was introduced into Kollywood by director Cheran in his movie “Autograph” got engaged on 22nd May 2008 in a simple ceremony.
Gopika from Ollur near Trichur in Kerala is tying the scared knot with Dr.Ajilesh who is settled in London. The wedding is said to take place on July 17 at Kothamangalam in Kerala.
The recent rumor in Kollywood is that the movie “Yaaradi Nee Mohini” which is still successfully running in Tamil Nadu is going to be remade in Hindi. The lead pair of “Yaaradi Nee Mohini” is Dhanush and Nayantara.
“Yaaradi Nee Mohini” is actually a remake of the Telugu hit movie “Aadavari Maataluku Arthale Verule” directed by Selvaraghavan. Now its the turn of Hindi film industry to remake the blockbuster Tamil movies. Let us wait for the rumour mills to churn out lot more interesting news.
After the successful blockbuster venture “Pokkiri” Prabhu Deva and Vijay are back for thier next movie “Vil”. “Vil” is produced by the jubilent banner Ayngaran. For the first time Nayantara wil be playing the lead role with Vijay. Earlier Nayantara and Vijay had done a song for the superhit movie “Sivakasi”.
The photo session for the movie took place at the AVM studio. The shooting of the movie is said to start on 6th June 2008 at Palani. The music for the movie is being scored by Devi Sri Prasad and cinematography by Ravivaraman.
