Son of director P. Vasu, Shakthi made his debut with the film titled ‘Thottal Poo Malarum’. He did the role of a romantic hero in the film. After the film he is getting many offers. Shakthi doesn’t want to mark himself as romantic hero. He says that he wants to do action packed films.
The actor says that his forthcoming film would be an action packed film and the film would kick off in November. Shakthi says that the film has action with difference and without senseless stunts.

Model turned actress Andrea fame of ‘Pachaikili Muthucharam’ is now acting in the film ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ she says that the role is amazing. Andrea was introduced to the film industry by Goutham Menon in ‘Pachaikili Muthucharam’. She was busy modeling when Goutham approached her and insisted her to act in the film.
Initially she was hesitated to act but the role in the film inspired her to accept the offer. Andrea says that she got many offers after the film ‘Pachaikili Muthucharam’. However she wanted to do only quality films. She expressed her desire of doing one film at a time. When Selvaraghavan approached her to act in ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ she immediately agreed the offer.
