Music director Dhina is out of Simbu’s film ‘Silambattam’. Sources say that Yuvan Shankar Raja, who is the favorite music director of Simbu, has been roped for the film. However Dhina has no regrets because the decision was taken by Simbu after consulting with Dhina. The actor has high views for Dhina’s talents, but he prefers Yuvan because they as a team work brilliantly to bring out excellent stuff.
So, when Simbu decided to rope in Yuvan into the film, he explained his feelings to Dhina. Dhina, it seems, accepted gracefully to step down. Simbu and Yuvan were working together for his film ‘Kettavan’. Now the expectations have become high for the film.

The latest buzz in Kollywood is that hot and sizzling actress Nayantara might be playing the heroine role opposite Ajith in the film ‘Aegan’ directed by Raju Sundaram. Earlier the Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif was to play the heroine role in the film. But later she was pulled out of the film on account of her Bollywood commitments. There were also rumors that Shriya would act in the film, but, then it was said that Ajith was not interested in acting with Shriya because she had appeared in a song with Vadivelu. Then Ileana was said to be playing the role.
The latest buzz is that Nayantara has been approached for the role. Ajith-Nayantara pair created sensations in ‘Billa’. Though the official announcement is yet to be done, this news would be double delight for Nayantara, who is slated to act in ‘Kuselan’ opposite Superstar Rajinikanth. Yuvan Shankar Raja scores music for the film ‘Aegan’. The director of ‘Aegan’, Raju Sundaram and Yuvan Shankar Raja are off to Malaysia to compose songs for the film.

The beautiful actress Nayantara will be pairing up with Karthi, ‘Paruthi Veeran’ fame in a remake of the super hit Malayalam film. Dileep’s popularity was established at the box office through this film. This film created a hit pair of Kavya Madhavan and Dileep, who were seen in 12 more films after this. Jyothirmayi and the singer Rimi Tomy also made their mark in the Malayalam industry.
The Tamil film industry has planned to remake the film after seven years of its release. Nayantara and Karthi were approached to play the lead roles in the film. But the latest buzz is that Nayantara finding the role of Kavya Madhavan in the Malayalam film heavy suggested playing the role of Jyothirmayi in the film.
